Organic Whole leaf White Tea with Rose petals

Harvested only during a brief period in early spring, white tea is the unopened bud of the tea plant, handled very delicately to preserve the white "hairs" on the leaves. Ours is very gently sun-dried to preserve the mellow flavor of the tea. A classic organic white tea: smooth and savory, but so light in the cup as to be called "white."
