The bees seasonally forage 'Ohi'a Lehua blossoms growing in the forest of 'Ohi'a high on the slopes of Mauna Loa between May and June to bring you unfiltered creamy honey to put in your tea.

Natural honeys crystallize at different rates depending on the floral source. The honey is artisan produced and only gently strained preserving the natural flavor. The 'Ohi'a Lehua crystallizes within a few weeks of collection but can easily be liquefied by heating it gently.
