A Japanese tea-master created a Hojicha for us like I have never tasted -Super smooth, round, with almost a textural feel in the mouth. It is medium bodied with a complex, but approachable flavor. If you have tried Hojicha before, but found it too harsh, this is a great tea for you. If you have never tried it, this is a real treat."
