Green Rooibos is unoxidized unlike the popular Red Rooibos, both of which have been cultivated and consumed in the Western Cape Province of South Africa for centuries. A very unique herbal taste is created when forgoing the oxidation process. Our Organic Green Rooibos is collected in small batches from the mountain slopes to prevent the natural fermentation of the leaves. By immediately withering, steaming, rolling and drying the leaves a more delicate and lighter in color tea is created. Rooibos has a high concentration of nutrients, antioxidants, minerals, trace elements and flavonoids. It is naturally caffeine free. Pour boiling water over 2.5g for 3-5 minutes.
