Holy cow is this yummy tea!! This tea literally stopped me in my tracks when I first tasted it. Smooth and silky, the flavor of the roasted rice is nicely balanced by the super-premium green tea. The matcha adds a smoothness that is just lovely. Really green in the cup, you'll get the nose of the roasted rice immediately; the flavor though, is all green tea. Absolutely wonderful! Do you see the green dust on the puffed rice? That is the matcha -super-premium powdered green tea. ** Brewing tip: Lots of tea; super-short steep-time. 175 degree water.
