Shipping Information
Two leaves and a bud ships all products out of San Diego, CA via UPS--Sorry no PO boxes!

Free shipping on orders of $50 or more are based on merchandise totals after transaction discounts and special promotions. Offer cannot be applied to previous orders.  Orders not receiving free shipping are charged a flat shipping rate of $6.95. UPS delivering services are Monday through Friday.

Alaska and Hawaii shipments
We do ship via UPS to those lucky enough to live in Hawaii or Alaska!

Canadian Shipments
We are now able to ship to Canada via the United States Postal Service. We currently offer First Class or Priority Shipping to Canada.

International Shipments
We are proud to announce that two leaves and a bud is now shipped internationally using USPS International Mail. While your order may take some time to arrive, we are glad that tea drinkers across the world now have the opportunity to experience our great, organic whole leaf tea.

Returns Policy:
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order from two leaves and a bud, we will make it right for you. We want you to be happy with your order so you can share our passion for tea!

We will happily exchange or refund any unopened teas and any unused teapots within 14 days of purchase date. All you have to do is contact us at support@twoleavesandabud.net or call 866-631-7973 to receive a mandatory Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please be sure to include all pertinent information ie: name, phone number, invoice number, return item details as well as the replacement item details or reason for return.

It is beneficial for us to have the lot number from your box of tea in order to assess any issues with the product.  The lot number can typically be found on the bottom of the box or on one of the side panels, towards the bottom of the panel.  An example of a lot number would be: BBSEP201365K

If the returned items are damaged in any way, two leaves and a bud reserves the right to not issue a full refund.

Returns shipping charges: unless we are responsible for a mis-shipped order, you are responsible for shipping your order back to us. If we have mis-shipped your order, please contact us by phone or email to discuss the refund procedure. 866-631-7973 or support@twoleavesandabud.net.
