Herbal Tea

Many people call herbal infusions "tea." However, herbal teas (also known as "tisanes") are not really tea - they are simply common herbs such as Peppermint or Chamomile, steeped in water as blends or on their own. These herbal infusions are not by definition "tea," as they are different plants than Camellia Sinensis.

In reality, there are only four types of real tea: black tea, green tea, oolong tea, and white tea. For two leaves and a bud herbal blends, we search the world for the finest available herbs and either serve them alone, or blended to have the flavors complement one another. All of our herbal blends contain no caffeine.
