"These people do seem to care about tea. They visit tea plantations, and take pictures of what they find (and post them). They have made their new website dense with education about tea. The digital sorcerors who designed and “implemented” (oy) the site spangled it with “interactive” (another oy word) features that don’t annoy, unless your digital antipathy has turned Tea-Party angry. Just clicking through it (there’s another symbol of our spiral into horror – no longer do we “leaf” through rectangular sheets of paper – how lovely, “leafing”; now we “click.” My God, do I need a drink.) makes me thirsty for tea, for exploring new styles."
