To order by phone or chat about tea please call us at 866-631-7973. Our knowledgeable customer service staff is available Monday through Friday, between the business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm PST. Our order cut-off time is 11:30 noon (PST).
We will not be processing orders during the following 2008 holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas and day after Christmas.

Ordering Policies
Shipping Policies
Currently we ship out all of our products out of San Diego, California via UPS Sorry no PO boxes!
Our site is set up on a real time module which calculates shipping based on destination zip code and weight of order. UPS delivers Monday through Friday. You will be able to choose the shipping method and view the rates before submitting your order.
CA State Tax
The state of California (state that we ship out of) does not impose a sales tax on tea (considered food) so only our non-tea products will be taxed at 7.5% when shipped within the state of California. If you would like further information please contact the BOE (California Board of Equalization) at 800-400-7115
CO state tax
Because two leaves and a bud's headquarters is in Colorado, we are required to charge a 8% CO sales tax on all orders shipped to the state of Colorado.
Alaska and Hawaii shipments
We do ship via UPS to those lucky enough to live in Hawaii or Alaska!
International Shipments
two leaves and a bud is now found in many corners of the world but, at this time we are not set up to ship out of the country. If you are interested in finding out where to buy our teas locally, please contact us directly via email and we will help get you set up drinking our tea. support@twoleavesandabud.net
If your order is received before our cut off time of 11:30 am PST, Monday - Friday, your order will most likely ship out that same day.
Returns Policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order from two leaves and a bud, we will make it right for you. We want you to be happy with your order and our tea so that you may spread the passion for tea! We will happily exchange or refund any unopened teas and any unused teapots within 14 days of purchase date.
All you have to do is contact us at support@twoleavesandabud.net or call 866-631-7973 to receive a MANDATORY Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please be sure to include all pertinent information ie: name, phone number, invoice number, return item details as well as the replacement item details or reason for return. If the returned items are damaged in any way, two leaves and a bud reserves the right to not issue a full refund.
Returns shipping charges: You are responsible for shipping your order back to us, unless we are responsible for a mis-shipped order. If that is the case, please contact us by phone or email to discuss the refund procedure. 866-631-7973 or support@twoleavesandabud.net
