To order by phone or chat about tea please call us at 866-631-7973. Our knowledgeable customer service staff is available Monday through Friday, between the business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm PST. Our order cut-off time is 11:30 (PST).
We will not be processing orders during the following 2008 holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas and day after Christmas.
