Whole leaf tea leaves require space and water circulation in order to swell, unfurl and infuse properly. Each 1/4lb sleeve yields about 50 cups of tea and the 1/2lb sleeves yields about 100 servings.

How much tea do I need per cup? It is called a teaspoon for a reason....generally just add one teaspoon of loose tea per 12 - 16 oz. of hot water.  If you want to be exact, add 2.5grams of each loose tea.
