Egyptian Chamomile is world famous for its lemony flavor. The Egyptians were one of the most ancient civilizations to drink chamomile because of its healing and calming properties. We use full chamomile flowers (none of that dusty stuff!) which yields a rich, full flavor for our Organic Chamomile Flowers and in our Organic Pomi~berry herbal blend.
