China

China is said to be tea's country of origin, dating back thousands of years. China yields mostly green teas and is the only country that produces and traditionally harvests hill grown white tea, primarily in the southeastern coastal province of Fujian. We use the young "hairy" top two leaves and a bud to create our delicate white teas to the classic Chinese specifics, Organic White Peony and Organic Acai White teas.

Jasmine tea is one of the most traditional of Chinese teas, our Jasmine Petal green tea is made by traditional methods, drying the Jasmine petals with the tea to absorb the jasmine essence.
Our Organic Orange Sencha, Tamayokucha, and Organic Tropical Goji Green all are made from green teas from the Zhejiang Province, just north of Fujian, known for low grown, traditional Japanese style teas as well as Chinese green teas and gunpowders.
