Keemun Congou refers to the precise skill of producing thin, tight twists without breaking them. Often compared to a rich Bordeaux or Burgundy wine, this Organic Keemun Congou (Mao Feng High Grade) has a thick reddish liquor and clean finish, with a smooth sweetness. This tea requires boiling water to brew 2.25g of premium Keemun for up to 5 minutes.
