Jade Oolong

Jade Oolong, otherwise know as Tung Ting Oolong is named for it's jade green brew color.

Taiwan is known for its Oolong, especially this jade variety so named for its yellow-green color. Our Organic Jade Oolong is semi-fermented and has a lightly floral fragrance, delicate sweet nuances and brews up thin greenish liquor. These loose leaves start out as neatly rolled packages that unfurl completely when steeped, showing you the full tea leaf. Steep 2-2.5g of oolong leaves for 1 minute in 180°water - perfect tea for multiple "washing" or steeping time.
